Chef Gerry Herrfurth is the former Executive Chef at Organic Connection in Brewster, NY. He has over twenty years of chef and management experience in a wide variety of organizations including restaurants, hotels, country clubs and catering services.
Chef Gerry is a graduate, with honors, from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY
Kendall DeVos-Herrfurth has 20 years “Front-of House” experience catering to high-end clients while exceeding expectations in all aspects of dining and customer service, including the planning and execution of formal events. Kendall gained her experience working and managing in Zagat-rated restaurants , award-winning private clubs and distinct Country Inns. Kendall’s responsibilities are to deliver a flawless event and take the management, worries and concerns out of your hands so that YOU may enjoy your event too.
Our goal is to provide a service that incorporates our expertise as professional chef’s with classical culinary arts training along with our passion for cooking local, sustainable, organic, nutritious, healthy and elegantly prepared food.
